The Effect of Financial Performance on Human Development Index of Districts and Cities Governments in North Maluku Province

The research aims to analyze the effect financial performance on Human Development Index (HDI) of local government in North Maluku Province. used are decentralization, independence, and effectiveness ratios. This study uses quantitative with subjects districts cities involves 10 regencies/cities as population Province during 2015 - 2019. was 50 samples for five years duration. analysis is multiple regression models.The results show that independence ratio have significant positive human development index. Higher will increase Index. Fiscal decentralization mandated law has been implemented by district city governments ratios a relationship community based supports other two efforts District City Local income an important factor independence.
